Sony has recently released ultra portable versions of the Vaio notebook that boast a design one could die for, and the latest Vaio UX-90S is no different. This ultra portable Vaio is the first model in the market to be equipped with a 16GB solid state hard drive. Mobility Today received a sample machine that is powered by an Intel Core Solo U1400 1.2GHz processor and runs on the Windows XP Home Edition operating system. Other hardware specifications include 512MB of RAM, Bluetooth connectivity, and a CompactFlash memory card slot.
